You deserve a pat on the back.   I was in Martinsburg yesterday visiting the 5 branches and overall I was fully pleased with the level of service you have been providing.  Thank you for your diligence and hard work. 

At Foxcroft 2 the ladies at the branch told me the cleaning is 100 times better than the company before.  I think the only thing I have to comment on is the dusting.  I know the branches are covered with fall decorations but if you could have your crew pick up the decorations and dust then put them back down that would go a long way.  I know that was one comment I received at Charles Town.

The soffits at Charles Town look great, I know that was a big job, appreciate you taking care of it.

The cabinet at Inwood looks great! So does the back door at Foxcroft 2!
